One mailbox, read by an editor. Tell us what you found and where.
This is the only inbox Cernary runs right now, and a person reads every message. We don't have a phone line or a live chat widget yet, and honestly, for the kind of questions people tend to have (a wrong spec, an outdated price, a broken link) email is faster to act on anyway: it comes with a paper trail.
What to send us
- Something on the site is wrong. A spec that doesn't match the manufacturer's page, a price that's moved, a dead link, a firmware note that's out of date. Include the article URL and, if you can, the source that shows the correct number. This is the fastest path to a fix; see our corrections policy for how we handle it once you send it.
- You own or work for a brand we've covered. If you have documentation we didn't find (a spec sheet, a service bulletin, a warranty clarification), send it with a source we can verify independently. We'll read it and correct the record where the evidence supports it. We don't take review copies or payment in exchange for coverage, and won't change a verdict on request alone.
- Press, licensing or partnership. Tell us who you are and what you're asking for in the first two lines. We read everything but can't promise a fast turnaround on anything outside corrections.
- A legal or privacy request. Include your name and, for a data request, the email address or identifying detail you used on the site. Details on what we collect and how to request access or deletion are on the privacy page.
Found a mistake?
Please send it. Specs change, firmware changes, prices move, and we would rather hear about an error from a reader than leave it live. Corrections get a date and a note on the article itself; we don't quietly edit a page and pretend it always said that.
